Welcome to PEAKfit! My name is Paula. I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years in London and Sydney. I have a lifelong love of training and wanting to be as healthy and active as possible. When some health issues appeared in my teens it made me value even more the importance of being healthy and energetic. Being accountable for my own health made me want to become a personal trainer and help others to achieve their goals.
Over the past 20 years in the health and fitness industry, I have accumulated extensive experience and a rich depth of knowledge.

We work with clients to identify their unique health and training goals. Creating a program that fits their lifestyle and needs. Taking into account work or time commitments. Training can be face to face, virtually or online. Devising plans that can work regardless of time zone, or the location you may be. We are here to support clients every step of the way. Our goal is to empower our clients to make sustainable changes that will improve their health and well-being.

We believe that everyone has the power to transform their health, and we're here to help guide you on that journey.
Custom online training programs allows you to access workouts and guidance anywhere there is an internet connection. This flexibility is beneficial for those who have busy schedules or who travel frequently.
It is also a cost effective way of accessing personal training with support and guidance given through scheduled check ins.
Training programs are developed for your individual training goals, preferences, physical fitness level and available equipment, whether that be at home or your local gym.

Hotel gyms vary greatly in their offerings. Some may have limited options of equipment and others may have an overwhelming amount. Booking a virtual personal training session will make sure your time training will be used effectively to keep you on track to achieving your fitness goals no matter where you are.
Sessions are conducted over Facetime or whatsApp.
